That Contemporary sure was splashy. But I also felt uneasiness. I visited the place three times to figure out why it didn't feel as fantastic as it looked. Then finally realized that it's not a place where I would want to be trapped in or draw my last breath. I would get tired of it after a couple years. So I passed on that one.
